"adornments" for myself back into the early 80's, beginning in 1993,
People of the Sun
hand crafted accessories
was "started-up" and I have
been focused on creating jewelry that is stylish, comfy,
and REAL
for every body,
ever since.

I strive for comfortable and hypo allergenic. Both trend supporting, and Classic styles-- made
of real ingredients. sterling silver, various golds and gemstones from around the world.
My jewelry lines are created by me, Laura Holliday, with my two hands, in my sunny mountain

Why People of the Sun ?
So many hands go into one "hand-made" item. I often think about ALL the different people who have touched the stones and findings, or metals, and materials, I touch daily. Someone had to find it, mine it, create the bead or finding, cut it, polish it, string it... and often times bring it into this country.
There are so many different styles and types of people and places in our world. It inspires me!
